Archived Record
Past client records retained in your database. Consultation notes, past plans, and check-in histories remain fully accessible.
No Overlapping Fees
Each client is categorized under one rate per billing month. New clients added during the month are billed at the single active rate.
End-of-Month Calculation
Client counts are calculated at the end of each monthly billing cycle based on actual monthly usage.
Clients deleted prior to the monthly billing snapshot are excluded from subsequent invoices. There are no minimum client counts required.

How is an active client defined?
An active client is anyone with an active nutrition plan or open consultation package during the monthly billing cycle (billed at ₹499). Clients without active plans are categorized as archived (billed at ₹149).
Billing snapshot calculations are reviewed on the final day of your monthly billing cycle.
What happens when a client is archived mid-month?
If a client had an active plan at any point during the month, that cycle is billed at the active rate (₹499). Subsequent inactive months bill at the reduced archived rate (₹149).
Can I delete inactive client records entirely?
Yes. Archiving retains patient notes and plan histories for future reference. If you prefer to delete a record permanently, you can remove the client profile to stop all future billing for that record.
Are there additional charges for staff or assistant logins?
No. You can invite additional dietitians, clinic assistants, or administrative staff without per-seat charges. Billing is calculated purely on client count.
What currency and tax invoices are provided?
All plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Monthly GST tax invoices displaying your practice GSTIN registration details are issued automatically.
Where is practice data hosted and protected?
Data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure Central India (Pune/Mumbai) with full encryption under DPDP Act 2023 standards.
